View your Snapshots.
Snapshots are found under the Snapshots tab on the Reporting page. For the real-time report, see Reporting: Real-time.
Snapshots are periodic, AI-powered summaries of your OKR progress. While the Real-time Report shows you a live view of your data, Snapshots capture a point-in-time picture at regular intervals, giving you a digestible overview of what happened during that period. Learn about weekly snapshots in the feature announcement.
Snapshots can be configured to run weekly or fortnightly, depending on your team's cadence. You can change this in your Workspace settings.
Each Snapshot covers the following:
Overall progress: combined OKR progress for the period, plus individual Objective and Key Result progress.
Delta: how much each Objective and Key Result moved during the period, so you can see what's accelerating and what's stalled.
Wins and misses: a summary of the highlights and lowlights based on Check-Ins from the period.
Needs attention: a summary of the top Objectives or Key Results that need urgent action, based on Check-Ins, comments and progress trends.
Process review: an assessment of how well your OKR process is working - for example, whether Check-Ins are being made regularly and whether ownership is clear.
Snapshots are generated automatically at the end of each period (weekly or fortnightly). They analyse all Objectives, Key Results, Check-Ins, Comments and progress data from that period to produce the summary.
Because Snapshots rely on Check-In data, their quality depends on your team keeping Key Results up to date. The more frequently your team checks in, the more accurate and useful the Snapshots will be.
Snapshots are currently in Beta, and we're actively improving them to provide more insightful and actionable summaries. If you have any feedback on the Snapshots or ideas for what you'd like to see in them, please let us know!
Snapshots are visible to all users in the Workspace. Like the rest of the Reporting view, transparency is key - everyone can see how things are going and take corrective action early.
