April '25
April 2025 brings a small change that makes a big difference to getting started with OKR Dash.
We have added Google sign-in, allowing you to access your workspace quickly and securely without creating or remembering another password.
One of the most common points of friction in any new tool is the sign-up and sign-in process. Password creation, password managers, reset emails, and expired links all add unnecessary steps before you can get to the work that actually matters.
With Google sign-in, you can:
This is especially useful for teams rolling out OKR Dash across an organisation, where ease of access has a direct impact on adoption.
Many teams already rely on Google Workspace for email, calendars, and collaboration. Google sign-in fits naturally into that ecosystem, making it easier for new users to join a workspace and for existing users to get back in quickly.
Google sign-in can be used alongside existing email and password logins. There is no requirement to switch if you prefer to keep using your current setup.
Google sign-in uses industry-standard authentication and benefits from the security measures already in place on your Google account, including multi-factor authentication if enabled. This provides a strong security baseline without adding complexity for users.
OKR Dash never sees or stores your Google password.
Google sign-in is available starting April 2025 for all new and existing OKR Dash users. You can enable it the next time you log in, or use it immediately when creating a new account.
If reducing friction and improving adoption matters to your team, this update is a simple but meaningful step forward.
